Comprises of white, rosé and red wine (Swiss origin), orange juice, water. Specialities of the Jura region : cream cake Toétché, Ajoie sausage, cheese platter (Tête de Moine, Chaux-d’Abel, etc…) traditional wood fire-cooked bread.
